DataHub Ghana

Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the DataHub Ghana website, wallets, data bundles, result-checker vouchers, agent and reseller tools, and US verification numbers.

Last updated 29 September 2026

1. Agreement

DataHub Ghana (“we”, “us”) provides instant mobile data top-ups, result-checker vouchers, wallet services, and related tools from Adum, Kessben Road, Kumasi, Ghana. By creating an account, topping up a wallet, placing an order, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract under Ghanaian law. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that business.

2. Accounts

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders, wallet debits, and messages sent from your account. Tell us at support@datahubgh.com if you believe someone else is using your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or any activity that breaks these terms. A suspended account cannot place new orders.

3. Wallet and payments

Wallet balances are held in Ghana cedis and can be used to pay for services on DataHub Ghana. Top-ups are processed by our payment partners, including mobile money. A top-up is credited after the payment provider confirms it.

Prices shown at checkout are the amounts debited from your wallet. Network operator prices, agent prices, and promotional prices can differ. We can change a price before you confirm an order.

4. Data bundles

Data orders are sent to the mobile network you select, for the phone number you enter. Check the network and number before you pay. A bundle is delivered when the network accepts it. Delivery time depends on that network and can be delayed.

We do not control MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo coverage, fair-use rules, or how long a bundle stays active after delivery. Those rules belong to the network.

5. Vouchers

Result-checker vouchers, including WASSCE and BECE vouchers where offered, are sold as issued by the relevant examination body. After a voucher code is shown or sent to you, treat it as delivered. Keep the code private. We are not the examination body and do not control result release dates or checker availability.

6. US verification numbers

Virtual Numbers gives you a temporary United States phone number so you can receive a one-time SMS verification code. The number is supplied by a third-party verification provider. It is not your personal phone line, and it is not for calls, long-term rental, or everyday messaging.

Each purchase has a short life. If the code does not arrive before the timer ends, the verification times out. Some apps reject virtual or reused numbers, are out of stock, or never send a message. We do not promise that a particular app will accept the number or that a code will arrive.

Use a number only for a lawful verification on an account you are allowed to open. Do not use it to impersonate someone, evade a ban, commit fraud, or break the other service’s rules. You are responsible for what you do with the number and any code you receive.

The price is the flat wallet price shown before you confirm. Your wallet is debited when the purchase starts. If we cannot obtain a number, or the provider marks the verification as refunded, the wallet charge is returned. A timeout, a missing code, or a cancel after the number was issued is not by itself a refund.

7. Agents and resellers

Agent and reseller tools let you sell to your own customers, set your own retail prices where the dashboard allows it, and request withdrawals of eligible commission. You must not present yourself as DataHub Ghana, and you must not advertise a price or delivery time we have not made available to you.

Withdrawals are paid to the account details you submit, after review. We can hold a withdrawal while we check a dispute, a chargeback, or unusual order activity. Commission that came from a failed or refunded order can be reversed.

8. API access

An API key is personal to the account it was issued to. Do not publish it or share it. You are responsible for orders placed with your key. We can revoke a key that is abused, leaked, or used outside the access you were given.

9. Prohibited use

You must not use DataHub Ghana to:

  • break Ghanaian law or the law that applies where you use the service
  • commit fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access to another person’s account
  • buy data or vouchers with a payment you are not allowed to use
  • resell verification numbers for spam, scams, or account takeover
  • probe, overload, or disrupt the website, APIs, or payment flow
  • copy the service in order to build a competing product from our private data

10. Refunds and complaints

If an order fails before it is delivered, the amount is returned to your DataHub wallet. Wallet credit is the usual remedy. A refund back to mobile money is only made when we agree to it, or when a payment provider reverses the original top-up.

Open a complaint from your account, or email support@datahubgh.com, and include the order reference. We will look at the provider response and your wallet history.

11. Liability

The service is provided as available. Networks, payment partners, and the verification provider can be slow or unavailable. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or a third-party account you could not verify, except where Ghanaian law does not allow that limit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

12. Changes

We can update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the latest version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about any remaining wallet balance.
